Cucina Bianchi - A Personal Chef Service - About the Chef


I am Chef Joseph Bianchi and thank you for visiting Cucina Bianchi which of course means Bianchi's Kitchen.

As a young man going to High School I have worked in many Restaurants all over New York City where I was born and raised.

I graduated the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in 1994. During my education I did my Externship in Sign of the Dove, Yellow F1ingers, Contrapunto and Arizona 206 in NYC. Upon graduating in 1994, I went directly to the NY Marriott Marquis in Times Square. I worked there for seven years and was fortunate enough to be part of the millennium team 2000 working as a Sous Chef in various Kitchens such as the View Restaurant and the main kitchen which served many show business Award dinners. At About 1998 I joined the American Personal Chef Association and even represented them in Red Book Magazine By Cooking for Stephanie Young their Senior Editor at the time.

Recently I worked with Real Simple Magazine Celebrating Their 5th Anniversary. I have also partnered up with a company called Signature Days witch gives Personal Chef experiences as gifts, and I'm always eager to help with various Private Foundations, some even caused by 911.

I love to cook for my clients as a personal chef. Many of them I know for many years and they have become like family to me.
Hopefully I can start a Culinary relationship with you.
